Facebook funeral scams

Scammers are looking through funeral notices and then creating accounts to connect with the friends and family members.

Typically, they'll send phishing links to 'live streams' of the funeral which will ask for personal and financial information.

They're also asking for donations in an attempt to con mourners out of their money.

Illegal tobacco

Finding illegal tobacco behind a hidden door

We all love a good deal, but cheap tobacco is costing more than you might bargain for.

Here's why .... Far from being a victimless crime, the illegal tobacco trade makes it easier for children to start smoking, takes advantage of cash-strapped families, and helps fund organised crime.

People selling cheap, illegal tobacco at pocket-money prices are likely to be selling other things illegally (drugs, fake branded goods and alcohol), exposing our children to more dangers.

With the help of sniffer dogs we find illegal tobacco stored in all sorts of places!
